As a teacher with more than 10 years of experience, Kristin Lamb has created a diverse range of programs focusing on teaching Executive Function, Social and Independent Living Skills. Her teaching can take place in a classroom setting, on a hike with a small student group around the Lafayette Reservoir or on a class trip to Spain. No matter where her teaching takes her the process of recognizing and utilizing tools to aid students in a better understanding of organization, communication and independence is the focus of her teaching practice. Kristin has a background in fine art and theater and often teaches high school art and drama classes. When she is not chaperoning a high school group participating in the Ashland Shakespeare Festival or throughout Europe, you can find her kayaking on the bay or hiking in the Oakland Hills. Although much of her free time is spent dreaming of her next adventure, she also organizes travel programs for schools and works with private clients to strengthen their organizational, academic, social pragmatic and independent living skills. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a Special Ed. Credential from Brandman University.
